The Middle Vital Center (including the Hunyuan Center) will open up all by itself with dramatic chifying and chi-transforming reactions.

Usually the practitioner will attain the ability to see through and within his or her own body. Only the practitioner himself or herself will experience the mysterious and abstruse beauty of the internal perceptions. Please contact us if you are not sure about the various internal perceptions you may experience.

Dramatic internal perceptions will present themselves when the Middle Vital Center (the Middle Dantian) and the Hunyuan Center are opened up. The internal perceptions will be different if the Mysterious Pass Aperture (Xuan Guan Qiao) has been opened up.

Features: The practitioner will attain superb health beyond that of ordinary people, possess certain special powers, be able to control one's own functions, and further deepen the blending of body, chi and mind. Warnings: There will be reactions in the five internal organs, emotions and sentiments during the practice, such as pains or dysphoria.

Before and after the Middle Vital Center (the Middle Dantian) is opened up, the practitioner will experience pressure pains in the chest; shaking, stimulation and trembling in the pit of stomach; pains, obstructions or absolutely empty sensations in the thoracic vertebra, etc. When the Hunyuan Center is opened up, the practitioner will feel pains, obstructions and sensations of total emptiness etc. in the depth of the Zhong Wan point; he or she may have a very good or poor appetite.

The practitioner must mold his or her temperament, enhance self-restraint, overcome and dispel stubbornness, keep a calm and neutral mood at all times. From the foundation of a profound chigong consciousness, gradually build up a preliminary self-cultivation consciousness, i.e. learn to enhance the practice to cultivate the consciousness at a higher level of advancement initiated by the contents of conscious activities and the true nature of mind (Xin Xing).
